ALL foreign country transactions are blocked UNLESS you notify us prior to your trip exactly when and where you will be using your card.
Please notify the credit union of the dates and areas you will be traveling to. Also, make sure we have your current cell phone number so we can contact you if we have questions about transactions on your account.
Debit card user should use their PIN for processing transactions while traveling.
If the fraud department detects unusual activity on your card, they will block transactions until they can verify the charges. Letting us know ahead of time will help reduce the chances of your transactions being declined and interrupting your trip.
